• Full responsibility for management of FMG Sales: 6 millions dirham’s every month.
• Insuring high standard of Costumer service.
• Creating market offers and aggressive promotions to increase sales: Weekly promotional activity.
• Managing 135 suppliers and 7800 items.
• Maintaining high retail standards.
Finance:
• Managing and analyzing financial board.
• Collation and presentation of Sales statistics.
• Setup and management of monthly and yearly purchase budget.
• Controlling and analyzing daily reports: Turnover, Margin, Waste, Purchase and Return.
Humain Ressources:
• Training and motivating a professional team of 11 staffs, 2 supervisors and 53 permanent merchandisers to exceed monthly sales target for last three years: + 23%.
